Cullen Elvie Clark sauvignon blanc semillon 2025

It's largely a sauvignon blanc and semillon blend but about 5% verdelho has been added and it plays an important role especially on the palate. This is as pure an expression of this blend as you could get after hand-harvesting. It was naturally fermented and there were no additions so you're getting a quite beautiful expression of the fruit in this wonderful combination. Minerally lemon-scented aroma and then a palate that delivers deep concentrated flavors but with that lovely elegance and lightness of touch that reflects the fruit sourcing and winemaking approach. Love that pristine pure slightly pebbly minerality on the finish. Excellent wine.
